How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days depending on the item and where you live. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship within the United States. We're working on adding more destinations.
Can I return something?
Yes. If you're not happy with a product, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund, your choice.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can usually make changes within 12 hours of purchase. After that the order may already be processing, but email us and we'll do our best.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to update after the label is created.
