Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days. Larger furniture pieces may take a little longer and will note that on the product page.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email hello@alorafinds.store with your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
